Backgammon is taking a big place in the world of Poker. Many Poker site around the world endorse backgammon sections, which includes backgammon rules, backgammon news, backgammon articles, backgammon strategy and much more.

The biggest and most respected online poker guide, which lately endorsed backgammon is PokerListings.com. The site has added a full section about backgammon and the close connection to backgammon. Moreover, the site showed the the big money is currently still in Poker, However, backgammon is catching up, as showed in the Play65 & GammonEmpire 100,000$ tournament on March 1st and the 1,000,000$ tournament later on this year.

SouthAfrica will probably pass a new law in the next few days, which will ban online gambling. All SA companies, including MicroGaming (PrimaPoker) and some big affiliate programs. The new law should become effective within the next few days.
